Director of Establishment Activities and Clinical Nurse Supervisor

• You will be responsible for maintaining a quality service and the availability of services offered to residents and their families, volunteers, and employees.
• Reporting to the general management and in close collaboration with the management team, managers, and professionals from various services, you will exercise leadership in the operationalization of the organization's strategic orientations, human resources management, and implementation of various approaches aimed at attracting and retaining staff.
• You will be responsible for implementing objectives aimed at continuous improvement in the quality of care and services offered.
• You will participate in the development and enhancement of clinical programs, assessment processes, continuous training, recognition, and human resources management of your center.
• You will ensure the management, monitoring, and accessibility of information and data from clinical, administrative, and financial information systems.

A profile that makes a difference!

• You hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• You are a registered member of the O.I.I.Q.
• You have acquired five (5) years of relevant clinical experience.
• You have three (3) years of experience in supervisory roles.
• You have strong analytical and synthesis skills and the ability to adapt and manage change.
• You demonstrate mobilizing leadership.
• You value teamwork, respect, listening, daily recognition gestures, and communication.
• You demonstrate good judgment and decision-making skills.
