  • You will act as an expert advisor in managing grievances, arbitrations, and other cases related to labor rights;
  • You will participate in labor relations committees and negotiate all employer/union agreements, such as letters of agreement and grievance regulations, according to the defined mandates;
  • You will participate in the entire investigation process: information collection, stakeholder meetings, information analysis, decision-making, drafting appropriate measures, and follow-up with concerned parties;
  • You will oversee the development, design, and implementation of processes, policies, and procedures necessary for the realization of the management's activities;
  • You will ensure the respect of the human resources management philosophy at the facilities assigned to you and implement actions supporting organizational strategies;
  • You will maintain regular contact with managers in a context of responsibility for human resources management activities at the facilities.
