Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, implement, and maintain the project quality plan.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute inspection activities with on-site teams, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
  • Ensure that work complies with contractual requirements, plans, estimates, applicable standards, and approved methods.
  • Participate in kick-off meetings, site follow-ups, and technical discussions when quality issues are addressed.
  • Contribute to the identification of quality risks and propose simple, concrete, and field-applicable preventive measures.
  • Verify the compliance of work methods, workshop drawings, technical sheets, inspection reports, QRT, NC, and other submitted technical documents.
  • Ensure the tracking of document revisions and verify that the applicable versions are used on-site.
  • Maintain up-to-date quality records and ensure the traceability of inspections, validations, decisions, and compliance proofs.
  • Participate in the preparation, verification, and submission of quality collections according to client and project requirements.
  • Update or validate as-built plans when required by the contract or project process.
  • Write, document, and track non-conformities and corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with on-site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and engineering to determine appropriate treatments.
  • Verify the effectiveness of implemented corrections and retain associated compliance proofs.
  • Compile and interpret data related to non-conformities, trends, and recurring issues.
  • Participate in the improvement of methods, templates, tracking tools, and quality practices.
  • Serve as the quality liaison between TCI+ teams, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
  • Communicate quality requirements clearly, accessibly, and appropriately to all stakeholders.
  • Support foremen, project managers, and subcontractors in the application of quality requirements.
  • Contribute to the integration and development of new quality managers or quality inspectors, depending on the candidate's experience.
  • Promote a preventive, collaborative, and sustainable approach to problem-solving.

Requirements

  • DEC technical diploma, bachelor's degree, or relevant training in civil engineering, electrical engineering, architecture, construction, or any related discipline.
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in quality, technical documentation control, inspection, and project management.
