  • Hold a Secondary School Diploma (DES) issued by the competent authority or an equivalent certificate recognized by the competent authority.

A person may also submit their application if they are in the process of completing the final year of required schooling for the required diploma.

Each missing year of schooling can be compensated by two years of work experience, including family responsibilities, or by one year of equal or higher-level schooling. The DES can also be compensated by a professional specialization certificate or a Professional Studies Diploma.

Relevant work experience acquired on the job market as well as outside the job market is recognized. Additionally, relevant experiences acquired during the same period can be combined, provided they do not exceed the duration of that period.
