Delivery Driver

Brick is looking to expand its fleet team. Reporting to the Fleet Director, we need enthusiastic people with an excellent customer-focused attitude! Responsibilities

• Inspect and load products
• Perform a vehicle inspection before departure
• Lift and transport products to customers without damage and assemble them as needed
• Provide excellent customer service at home
• Update the status of delivery documents
• Record information such as mileage, fuel costs, and any issues encountered
• Complete driver records, including appropriate accounting of goods and billing

Qualifications

• Delivery experience is an asset
• Valid driver's license (only Class 5 is required)
• Clean driving record (no more than 2 violations in the last 12 months)
• Ability to regularly lift and transport heavy goods weighing more than 50 lbs
• A high school diploma or equivalent is an asset but not mandatory
• Customer service-oriented
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends, if needed
• Must undergo a criminal background check sponsored by Brick

Bilingual (French, English – spoken and written) is necessary for frequent interactions with English and French-speaking customers in our stores, colleagues, and/or internal partners/suppliers across Canada.
