Responsibilities

As a Sales Advisor, you report directly to the General Manager of Sales. You have a passion for customer service and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment. This vital quality allows you to be a team player who enjoys:

• Working with others to achieve both common and personal goals
• Assisting customers in their purchases through relationship selling
• Maintaining in-depth knowledge of Brick's products and services
• Ability to quickly establish relationships with others that will undoubtedly complement your desire to prosper in this commission-based sales environment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Excellent communication skills
• Proven ability to perform multiple tasks at once and stay organized
• Ability to learn new computer applications
• Flexibility to work all shifts as needed, including evenings and weekends

Bilingualism (French, English – spoken and written) is necessary for frequent interactions with English and French-speaking customers in our stores, colleagues, and/or internal partners/suppliers across Canada
