**Job Offer – Internal Auditor – Operational Risk Audit

Our client is looking for an Internal Auditor – Operational Risk Audit to join their team. You will work in a stimulating environment where collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement are at the core of their priorities.

Your main responsibilities

• Conduct operational audit missions, either as part of a team or independently, including planning, developing audit programs, and communicating with the audited departments;
• Assess inherent and residual risks, as well as the design, implementation, and effectiveness of internal controls;
• Establish and ensure the respect of deadlines with the mission team and Management throughout the missions;
• Write, present, and ensure the quality of audit reports, findings, and recommendations; Follow up on the recommendations issued, including monitoring action plans, implementation schedules, and reassessing the effectiveness of controls.

Desired profile

• A university degree in administration, accounting, finance, or a related discipline;
• 3 to 5 years of experience in internal auditing, operational auditing, or financial auditing, preferably in the financial services sector;
• A good understanding of financial activities, financial products, or advisory services processes;
• A professional certification such as CIA, CPA;
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written;
• Strong analytical skills, excellent professional judgment, and a developed critical thinking;
• Ability to simplify complex subjects and positively influence stakeholders;
• Intermediate knowledge of English to interact with anglophone partners and colleagues.
