Horne Foundry operates a copper foundry in Rouyn-Noranda, producing annually 225,000 metric tonnes (tm) of copper by processing 840,000 tm of copper concentrates and recyclable materials containing copper and precious metals. It also operates a sulfuric acid plant. Horne Foundry employs 650 people, excluding contractors, and is seeking a dynamic and competent individual to fill the position of Bricklayer (Briquetage). Under the supervision of the operations supervisor, the bricklayer will perform all tasks related to the removal and repair of refractory inside the vessels as well as on various other equipment. Additionally, they will monitor and ensure compliance with the safety guidelines, procedures, and policies in place at Horne Foundry. The incumbent will ensure the cleanliness, order, and safety of the work area and equipment. This person will work on day shifts, Monday to Friday. Desired Profile:

Holder of a DEP in bricklaying and masonry or carpentry or welding, combined with experience in industry, and possess a valid driver's license.
