The A220 Commercial Aircraft Program is looking for a Project Manager - Change Agent to join our team. The Program is based in Mirabel (Quebec, Canada), where you will work collaboratively with several A220 Program teams.
You will be part of the team dedicated to the deployment of Planisware, a project management software (scheduling, costs and portfolio). This team is responsible for ensuring the proper deployment of the application across the entire A220 Program.
The team's organization is structured to promote autonomous, cross-functional collaboration, mutual support, and collective learning.
As a Project Manager - Change Agent, your primary role will be to manage the change management aspect, including analyzing the impacted population, defining training strategies, supporting the impacted populations, and tracking the adoption of change. Additionally, you will have a key role in project communications (including writing and distribution). You will be involved in creating part of the training materials while working as part of a team.
Your challenges:
- Integrate all elements of change management related to the project (Impacted Population, Training Strategy, Change Adoption Tracking, Maintenance of the Google site for the project, Communications, Training Materials).
- Facilitate good decision-making in relation to operational needs and escalate issues as needed (Performance, Decision-Making, Escalation + KPIs).
- Develop, harmonize, and update integrated plans (Implementation Plan + Detailed Plan + Risks & Opportunities).
- Ensure the tracking of OCM activities and deliverables in accordance with deadlines and quality standards.
- Develop communications for the populations affected by the project.
- Conduct training needs analysis, develop training programs, training materials, and training schedules.
Profile
- Your profile:
- Practical and developed experience in change management methodology related to the deployment of a system or computer application.
- Knowledge of the Planisware application, the planning tool (an asset).
- Communication skills, both written and oral.
- Excellent active listening skills.
- Open-mindedness and a great capacity to work in a team.
- Sense of organization, time management, and autonomy.
- Excellent mastery of French and English (oral and written).
