The person sought will contribute to transforming the legal knowledge organization of the general management to support performance, continuous improvement, and added value creation. This mandate is part of the general management legal affairs transformation program for the accessibility of legal knowledge. They will work with various members of the general management team, including lawyers and paralegals, to understand processes, review, and create models for various legal documents (agreement, deed, letter, etc.), and to improve the legal document bank. The mandate focuses primarily on real estate law, contracts, and construction.

• Write and review legal document templates, clauses, guides, and tools for the general management's legal activities.
• Collaborate on improving the legal document bank.
• Participate in legal research related to the mandate.
• Collect information and collaborate on its dissemination.
• Support initiatives related to document management and knowledge governance.
