Under the responsibility of the District Manager, your primary objective as Store Manager will be to promote a positive shopping experience and customer loyalty. You will need to achieve excellent business results by leading and inspiring a highly performing team to optimize operational efficiency and reach excellence. You will demonstrate excellent leadership through recruiting, training, and coaching your team members. You will also maximize store profitability by achieving and exceeding sales and productivity goals. Qualifications:

• High school diploma; post-secondary studies in business or a related field, an asset
• 3-5 years of experience in management, preferably in the fashion industry, or equivalent management experience
• Passion for fashion and customer-oriented mindset
• Demonstrate problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Show flexibility, innovation, and a sense of urgency to identify and respond in a constantly evolving work environment, providing ideas and solutions that will have an impact
• Excellent organizational, time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills
• Build partnerships and prioritize collaboration
• Proficiency with social media, mobile devices, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), or Open-Office
• Available to work flexible hours (evenings, weekends, holidays) as needed for business needs
