Your responsibilities as a Service Manager

  • Plan and coordinate department activities to achieve sales and profitability goals set by the director, while complying with the applicable collective agreement. Participate in the development of action plans.
  • Make purchases and orders for department supplies.
  • Ensure the consistency between prices coming from the head office, those from the circular, and those from the optical scanning cash register.
  • Conduct inventories of empty bottles, cigarettes, and lottery.
  • Authorize refunds following errors in punches, returns of merchandise, etc.
  • Perform cash register, store, vault, and lottery reconciliations.
  • Be responsible for collecting cashier deposits and recording data.
  • Make employee work schedules.
  • Ensure the business-to-business operations of the department.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies (receiving, security, etc.) and workplace health, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Oversee hiring, welcoming, training, and evaluating employees.

Requirements
