Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Chief Information Technology and Innovation Officer (CTIO), they define the vision, directions, and priorities in data, business intelligence, and artificial intelligence to support decision-making, innovation, and company growth.

Main Responsibilities

  • Define and implement the company's data management, governance, and valorization strategy.
  • Lead the teams responsible for data, business intelligence, and artificial intelligence, while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure the evolution of analytical platforms, dashboards, and performance indicators to support business needs.
  • Develop the artificial intelligence roadmap and identify opportunities to improve operations and create value for the company.
  • Advise the CTIO and business partners on data, analytics, and artificial intelligence issues, as well as on investments and technological priorities.
  • Manage technological partners, specialized suppliers, and budgets under their responsibility, while developing the organization's internal expertise.

Desired Profile

  • Hold a bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business intelligence, analytics, mathematics, statistics, or a related field. A master's degree is an asset.
  • Have a minimum of fifteen (15) years of progressive experience in information technology, data, or analytics, including at least five (5) years in a management or leadership role.
  • Have significant experience in data governance, business intelligence, advanced analytics, or enterprise data platform management.
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of data-related, advanced analytics, and artificial intelligence technologies.
  • Have experience in organizational transformation and management of technological partners and specialized suppliers.
  • Demonstrate mobilizing leadership, strategic vision, and strong ability to influence business decisions.
  • Be recognized for their results-oriented approach, ability to create value, and talent development.
  • Be able to communicate in French and English, both orally and in writing.
