IT Director - Data, Business Intelligence and Artificial Intelligence

The person occupying this position plays a strategic role in the valorization of data and the development of the company's analytical capabilities. Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Chief Information Technology and Innovation Officer (CTIO), they define the vision, directions, and priorities in data, business intelligence, and artificial intelligence to support decision-making, innovation, and company growth.

Main Responsibilities

• Define and implement the company's data management, governance, and valorization strategy.
• Lead the teams responsible for data, business intelligence, and artificial intelligence, while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure the evolution of analytical platforms, dashboards, and performance indicators to support business needs.
• Develop the artificial intelligence roadmap and identify opportunities to improve operations and create value for the company.
• Advise the CTIO and business partners on data, analytics, and artificial intelligence issues, as well as on investments and technological priorities.
• Manage technological partners, specialized suppliers, and budgets under their responsibility, while developing the organization's internal expertise.

Desired Profile

• Hold a bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business intelligence, analytics, mathematics, statistics, or a related field. A master's degree is an asset.
• Have a minimum of fifteen (15) years of progressive experience in information technology, data, or analytics, including at least five (5) years in a management or leadership role.
• Have significant experience in data governance, business intelligence, advanced analytics, or enterprise data platform management.
• Demonstrate a solid understanding of data-related, advanced analytics, and artificial intelligence technologies.
• Have experience in organizational transformation and management of technological partners and specialized suppliers.
• Demonstrate mobilizing leadership, strategic vision, and strong ability to influence business decisions.
• Be recognized for their results-oriented approach, ability to create value, and talent development.
• Be able to communicate in French and English, both orally and in writing.
