Senior Business Analyst – Applications & Integrations

YOUR MISSION

Reporting to the IT Director, the Senior Business Analyst – Applications & Integrations plays a key role in digital transformation. They contribute to the implementation, evolution, and optimization of application solutions and integrations. Their role involves ensuring alignment of solutions with business needs, maximizing their adoption, and guaranteeing their stability. They also play a consulting role for stakeholders to improve processes and organizational performance.

WHAT YOUR DAY-TO-DAY WILL LOOK LIKE

• Collect, analyze, and document business needs related to applications and integrations
• Translate needs into clear functional and technical requirements
• Participate in the implementation, evolution, and maintenance of applications (ERP, CRM, HRIS, SaaS)
• Design and document integration flows (API, automations, middleware, etc.)
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and security between systems
• Define use cases, acceptance criteria, and test plans
• Participate in solution selection processes (analyses, POC, recommendations)
• Support deployments and updates in collaboration with teams
• Ensure comprehensive documentation and contribute to solution adoption
• Promote continuous process improvement and reduction of manual tasks

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in business analysis
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, administration, or related field
• Bilingual French/English
• Knowledge of ERP, CRM, or HRIS environments
• Strong understanding of integration concepts (API REST, data flows, automation)
• Experience with hybrid environments (SaaS, cloud, on-prem)
• Knowledge of modeling tools (e.g., BPMN) and testing tools
• Understanding of security, identity, and access management issues
• Experience in a manufacturing environment (asset)
