As an Administrator, Savings and Retirement, you will play a key role in analyzing and processing transactions related to the lifecycle of collective savings accounts (e.g., REER, RPDB, CELI, unregistered regimes, FERR, FRV, pensions, RPA and RRS), ensuring compliance with applicable rules and laws.

What you will accomplish with us
As an Administrator, Savings and Retirement, you will be at the heart of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:
Process client transactions using the existing systems, from account opening to closure, ensuring compliance with the rules of the regimes and applicable laws;
Communicate effectively with clients and internal partners (both orally and in writing);
Maintain a high level of productivity, accuracy, and excellent organization;
Respect financial deadlines and compliance requirements;
Check non-financial transactions of colleagues;
Provide excellent customer service and ensure the required follow-ups;
Analyze simple requests and route them to specialists as needed;
Prepare reports and tax sheets;
Process accounting entries;
Receive, organize, and manage paper mail (e.g., checks).
What could accelerate your success in this position
We are looking for a person who:
Has a college diploma in financial services or administration (or equivalent experience);
Has at least one year of experience in a similar or related role;
Is known for their diligence and attention to detail;
Stands out for their organizational and priority management skills;
Demonstrates a strong capacity for learning and adaptation;
Is known for their customer service sense and communication skills;
Has a beginner level of English knowledge since the person will be required to respond to emails and communicate with English-speaking clients and colleagues on a daily basis;
Has good knowledge of the Office suite, especially Excel, and collective savings products (assets).
