Your role: Sales Advisor

Make a difference from the first contact!

As a Sales Advisor - Part-Time, you will have the opportunity to play a key role in our clients' experience. Here are the functions that will allow you to be proud of contributing to their well-being:

• Provide high-quality customer service
• Advise customers on our wide variety of medical equipment (wheelchairs, canes, quadriporteurs, luminotherapy, mobility aids, etc.)
• Collaborate with a team of orthopedic professionals to meet customer needs and achieve sales goals
• Perform tasks related to merchandising and store operations
• Ensure an adequate inventory turnover rate for the products assigned to you
• Develop versatility in selling products outside your specialty (e.g., orthopedic shoes) to maximize customer needs
• Be meticulous in maintaining patient files and ensuring adequate follow-ups
• Perform any other tasks requested for the success of the company

Education and Experience

• High school diploma (DES);
• Orthotic student (1st, 2nd, or 3rd year) (an asset)
• Minimum of 1 year of work experience related to the job in retail (in the medical or dental field is an asset);
• Experience in selling medical equipment and shoes, an asset;

• Exceptional customer service;

• Knowledge of some accounting principles and cash handling;
• Great facility with computers;
• Sense of organization and meticulousness in maintaining files;
• Ability to manage various situations in a timely manner under pressure.

• 1 day - Saturday (9:00 AM to 4:00 PM)
