Job Overview
Kiewit Infrastructure Engineering (KIE) is seeking a Project Controls Analyst for urban infrastructure and transportation projects. Working on this project, you will be part of our growing infrastructure design team, which includes professionals with diverse backgrounds in civil engineering (hydraulics, urban infrastructure, structures, and geotechnics), water engineering, geology, or related disciplines. The position offers professionals the opportunity to grow in a multidisciplinary, collaborative, and constructability-oriented environment.
The Quebec City Tramway project, implemented under the design-build approach, represents a major initiative in transportation infrastructure, at the heart of the City of Quebec. To guide the implementation of this project, Kiewit is seeking qualified professionals willing to apply their expertise to the civil engineering works of this large-scale project. Selected individuals will have the opportunity to play a central role in the development and implementation of this unique project in Canada, contributing to the development and construction of essential infrastructure for sustainable urban mobility in a particularly motivating environment.

Location
The position is located at our offices in the City of Quebec or Laval. The position may be eligible for remote work depending on the candidate's experience and autonomy.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain project cost tracking tools (budgets, forecasts, expenses).
- Manage quantity surveys to support earned value (EVM) and material procurement.
- Ensure tracking and visibility of quantity changes, from estimation to project completion.
- Coordinate the creation and updating of an integrated schedule in collaboration with the planner.
- Analyze schedule and productivity deviations, and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Work closely with design, construction, estimation, and finance teams to ensure an integrated project vision.
Qualifications
- Relevant experience in engineering or construction and project controls and/or planning.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, or related field. Additional training in project management (PMP, or equivalent) is an asset.
- Exposure to multi-stakeholder environments (client, engineering, construction, estimation, finance) is desired.
- Excellent analytical, synthesis, and problem-solving skills, leadership, and organization.
- Knowledge of transportation or railway projects is an asset.
