YOUR ROLE

Under the supervision of the front desk manager, the night auditor ensures the continuity of the reception service during the night and maintains the quality of the service offered to guests. He is responsible for the night audit, the hotel's security, and guest support, while ensuring the standards are met.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Welcome guests, respond to their requests, and provide courteous service at all times. Conduct the night audit: verify, balance, and finalize the day's transactions (file, correct, balance the accounts, and produce the requested reports).
  • Manage late arrivals, early departures, reservations, changes, complaints, and calls.
  • Ensure a smooth transition with the morning team: provide a report and pass on pending requests.

PROFILE REQUIRED
