Job Objective:
As a Brokerage Assistant, you play a key role in ensuring the smooth coordination of real estate transactions and delivering an outstanding client experience within our team. A true organizational backbone, you provide administrative and operational support to the brokers while maintaining a professional, detail-oriented, and client-focused approach.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage the administrative follow-up of purchase and sale files;
- Prepare, review, and send all required documents related to real estate transactions;
- Coordinate signatures, deadlines, and communications with clients, notaries, brokers, inspectors, and other parties involved;
- Answer calls, emails, and information requests professionally;
- Ensure rigorous follow-up of deadlines and legal documentation;
- Provide daily support to brokers to ensure a smooth and efficient client experience;
- Perform any other related administrative duties.
Desired Profile
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, discretion, and professionalism;
- Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment;
- Strong customer service skills and excellent communication abilities;
- Self-sufficiency, resourcefulness, and initiative;
- Strong command of both French and English, spoken and written;
- Knowledge of the real estate industry (an asset);
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and digital tools.
Working Conditions
- Employment Type: Full-time, permanent.
- Compensation: Competitive salary, based on experience.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week).
- Availability to work on-site during specified hours.
- Group insurance after 3 months.
