Techso is looking for an Industrial Process PLM Analyst to participate in an important PLM transformation project in the luxury sector - in the Paris region.

In this role, you will work at the heart of the project, bridging the gap between business needs and technical teams. You will contribute to the definition and evolution of processes, while supporting various stakeholders in the adoption of the implemented solutions.

What you will do

• In the context of this PLM transformation project, you will notably:
• Collect, analyze, and formalize the needs of various stakeholders;
• Understand existing business processes and identify improvement opportunities;
• Translate functional requirements into clear requirements for technical teams;
• Prepare, facilitate, and follow up on workshops;
• Facilitate communication between business, functional, and technical teams;
• Participate in the definition and optimization of PLM processes;
• Collaborate on the evolution and configuration of implemented solutions;
• Contribute to testing, qualification, and validation phases;
• Document processes, functional requirements, and decisions made;
• Support users in adopting new tools and processes;
• Contribute to change management throughout the project;

Ensure smooth communication between various stakeholders.

You will intervene notably in the following functional areas: EBOM – Engineering Bill of Materials management; MBOM – Manufacturing Bill of Materials management;

Kit management;

Power’By integration;

Data classification;

Report generation;

Project management;

Weight management;

Cost management.

The profile we are looking for

You have: A university degree in mechanical engineering, computer science, industrial engineering, or a related field;

Relevant experience as an Industry Process Consultant, PLM Functional Consultant, PLM Business Analyst, or a similar role;

Hands-on experience in analyzing, defining, and optimizing business processes;

Good knowledge of industrial, manufacturing, or PLM environments;

Good understanding of EBOM and MBOM processes;

Excellent ability to collect, analyze, and translate business needs;

Experience in preparing and facilitating workshops with various stakeholders;

Good ability to collaborate with business and technical teams;

Excellent communication and listening skills; A structured, autonomous, and problem-solving oriented approach;

The ability to communicate professionally in French and English, both orally and in writing, as you will collaborate with French and English-speaking teams and stakeholders.

What constitutes an asset

Experience with the 3DEXPERIENCE platform;

• Knowledge of 3DEXPERIENCE Power’By and SolidWorks;

Experience with ENOVIA;

• Knowledge of NETVIBES;
• Knowledge of ITEROP;

Experience in data classification or report generation;

• Knowledge of project management, cost, or weight processes;
• Experience in the luxury, fashion, or high-value manufactured products sectors;

Experience in an international environment.

You do not need to master all the tools upon arrival. We are looking for an experienced, analytical, and listening person who can understand the client's challenges, mobilize stakeholders, and concretely advance a PLM transformation project.
