Maintenance Manager

We are currently looking for a Maintenance Manager for our Saint-Hyacinthe plant.

The Maintenance Manager plays a key role in equipment reliability, operational continuity, and mobilizing the maintenance team in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

The Maintenance Manager will oversee preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities while actively participating in continuous improvement and health and safety projects.

  • Supervise and mobilize the maintenance team in a continuous manufacturing environment

  • DEP or DEC in electromechanical, electrotechnical, or related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in industrial maintenance
  • Experience in personnel management in a manufacturing environment
  • Good understanding of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment
  • Experience with a GMAO system
  • Motivational leadership and excellent priority management
  • Assets
  • Project management experience
  • Class C license and restricted certificate for equipment connection
  • Knowledge of English
