Healthcare Representative – Sanitary Products and Delivery

As a healthcare representative for sanitary products and delivery, you will be responsible for promoting and selling a range of cleaning products and related items to dairy farms located in a designated territory. You will also ensure the delivery of products efficiently, professionally, and with a constant concern for customer satisfaction.
The position consists of approximately 80% sales and business development and 20% technical support and repair.
Responsibilities
- Business Development and Prospecting
- Identify and contact potential new clients;
- Develop the territory and seize new business opportunities;
- Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with clients;
- Ensure customer loyalty and satisfaction.
- Product Promotion and Sales
- Present the features and benefits of our sanitary products;
- Advise clients according to their specific needs;
- Develop effective sales strategies;
- Achieve established sales targets.
- Technical Support and Repair
- Perform certain technical work and repairs at clients' premises;
- Diagnose problems related to equipment and washing systems;
- Advise clients on the use and maintenance of their equipment;
- Provide professional follow-up after interventions.
- Order and Logistics Management
- Take orders and track client requests;
- Coordinate the preparation and delivery of products within agreed-upon deadlines;
- Ensure that products are delivered safely and in good condition;
- Follow handling procedures;
- Manage the inventory of sanitary products.
- Performance Tracking
- Keep up-to-date files on sales activities, client contacts, sales made, and forecasts;
- Produce regular reports on sales performance;
- Formulate recommendations to improve results.
- LCQ Program Management
- Analyze washing systems;
- Accompany and advise dairy producers to optimize their sanitary practices.
- Desired Profile
- Experience in sales, technical service, or the dairy industry;
- Previous experience as a dairy industry service technician is an asset;
- Sales, business development, and customer service skills;
- Good technical skills and ability to perform repairs;
- Autonomy, resourcefulness, and organizational skills;
- Valid driver's license.
