Customer Service
- Lead your team and provide continuous coaching and oversight to ensure the application of service model standards for each customer
- Manage the intercompany operational function of L’Équipeur commercial, including order entry and management, as well as team coaching, to ensure accurate and timely orders and deliveries to customers
- Provide an exceptional omnichannel experience by offering in-store e-commerce sales and executing e-commerce orders according to defined service levels
- Support the customer experience by ensuring fast stock treatment and movement to the sales area
Operations
- Implement and communicate all operational procedures, processes, and policies and ensure compliance
- Provide performance measures, process improvements, and Lean techniques (how, when, who)
- Lead the store stock movement teams and ensure accuracy
- Manage the planning and tracking of execution of shipping and receiving processes, e-commerce handling activities, cash management systems, operational systems, and compliance
- Participate in the preparation and execution of annual inventory counts
- Apply and ensure compliance with all policies and procedures related to loss prevention, cash management, verification, and health and safety at work
- Be responsible for meeting the annual loss prevention objectives through team education, application of loss prevention standards, and strict stock control
- Assume responsibility for the operation of the store
Training
- Coach and foster the development of the store team through clearly defined expectations, communication, coaching, feedback, and continuous support
- Create and communicate the daily action plan for operational activities and the store
- Provide assistance to the store general manager in coaching to improve performance gaps and ensure continuous coaching to improve the team
- Communicate clearly and concisely with the team, leading effective shift start meetings, meetings, and coaching sessions
- Follow up with the team to ensure that required training is completed on time
Leadership
- Motivate the team and continuously increase performance through recognition programs, in-store competitions, customer compliments, etc.
- Respond to performance management expectations (feedback/coaching); this includes applying progressive discipline when necessary
- Encourage and maintain a positive and stimulating work environment
What You Bring
- Demonstrated ability to coach, act as a mentor, and ensure the development of the department and store team through the definition of expectations, communication, coaching, feedback, and continuous support
- Demonstrated ability to design and manage a daily plan for the department and store
- Excellent communication, training, and mentoring skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- 3 to 5 years of retail work experience required
- Drive, enthusiasm, and a desire to succeed
- Basic computer skills are an asset

Our typical salary range is between $34,800 and $52,200. Salary decisions also depend on other factors such as your experience, job-related knowledge, skills and abilities, store size and market location, industry references, internal equity, and other role-specific requirements.
