About the position

You will perform your duties at our office located in Ste-Foy for Promutuel Assurance Les Bâtisseurs.

What will your workweek look like?

• Welcome the client
• Receive and route calls
• Receive and process mail and payments
• Perform various administrative tasks

Do you have this profile?

• DEP in secretarial work or equivalent training
• Experience in similar functions
• Good mastery of French (oral and written)
• Facility to use digital technologies and devices
• Concern for providing impeccable customer service
• Ability to listen and adapt to unexpected events
• Collaborative spirit
• Autonomy, diligence, and attention to detail
• Functional mastery of the English language, both oral and written, in order to be able to interact and communicate with our anglophone clientele present on the territory and to contribute to the growth objectives of the Promutuel Group through general interactions (asset)
