Here Are The Tasks Of Your Future Day

• Propose, plan, direct, and control construction mandates assigned to ensure optimal performance and guarantee the quality of work to be done;
• Ensure all necessary information is provided to work teams to deliver EXEMPLARY service to our clients, thereby retaining them;
• Coordinate work, necessary construction materials, and sites in collaboration with our various partners, including suppliers, claims experts from different insurance companies, and of course, our clients;
• Produce all necessary reports to ensure different follow-ups and optimize work billing;
• Participate in various representation activities
• Ensure deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met;
• Effectively propose the various services offered by the company;
• Support operations when necessary;
• Propose effective improvements to optimize the operational cycle;
• Assist in employee training;
• Participate in various special mandates;
• All other related tasks.
• You Would Be The Good GUS For The Position If You Possess The Following Qualities:
• Concrete experience in project management and construction;
• Good knowledge of Quebec construction standards;
• Valid driver's license;
• Quick understanding of complex data or situations;
• Fast, structured, and organized thinking;
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written;
• Demonstrated ability for organization and planning;
• Ease in understanding, reading, and creating plans;
• Good mastery of computer tools.
