The role is responsible for coordinating the On Time In Full (OTIF) forecasting and reporting of the full financial statements during SOP cycles, Quarterly Period Reporting (QPR) cycles, Half Year and Full Year actuals reporting periods. The job holder will execute the delivery of specific elements of financial planning, always ensuring high quality fin

Your responsibilities are

  • Provide accurate financial reports: Prepare and present budgets, forecasts, actual results (income statement, balance sheet and cash flow), monthly analyses, detailed comments and ensure monthly closings and accurate financial reporting in accordance with the group's accounting policies.
  • Perform financial planning and analysis: Conduct financial modeling, sensitivity and scenario analyses, cash flow forecasting (including tax payments and product import efficiency), goodwill impairment testing, and end-of-year provisions and sensitivities to support business decisions and ensure financial completeness.
  • Manage general expenses, OIE and Capex: Supervise administrative expenses, OIE and Capex reporting, ensure cost forecasts include clear assumptions, identify over/under spending and implement corrective actions, present performance to management.
  • Improve operational and process efficiency: Identify and implement improvement opportunities, oversee pre-closing write-offs, track key indicators (KPIs), align performance with objectives and lead or support intercompany reconciliations and transformation projects.
  • Supervise inventory and distribution: Track and forecast inventory-related financial elements, drive the execution of the LRD model and reporting for new categories with NVT, oversee unrealized profit in stock (UPIS) analysis.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and ensure communication: Prepare and present the monthly S&OP content to management, proactively collaborate with the GBS and global process owners, ensure timely and complete information delivery (OTIF), and support the needs of internal stakeholders as well as budget alignment sessions.
  • Support audits, governance and ad-hoc requests: Support external audits, answer budget and financial performance questions, coordinate reporting changes, prepare schedules and proactively report significant deviations.
  • Leadership and team development: Respond to management requests, assist the hierarchical manager in operations and contribute to coaching and developing team members.

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a global FMCG environment or a similar dynamic environment, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong knowledge of financial tools and systems, particularly SAP, BI and BPC, with an ability to understand platforms, analyze reports and identify system or reporting issues.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle large volumes of data and present it clearly and accurately.
  • Good understanding of financial processes, including budgeting, reconciliations, documentation and risk control, with knowledge of other functional areas such as operations and marketing considered an asset.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate at all levels of the organization as well as with external stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail, proactivity and ability to work autonomously in a rapidly changing environment, with minimal supervision.
  • University degree with a professional accounting qualification (CPA) (Desirable).
  • Proficiency in English and/or French.
