Coordinator - Culinary Activities and Corporate Offers

*THE CAUSE* *To Feed. To Educate. To Feed Today, to Fight Food Insecurity, and to Educate the Young, to Develop Their Food Autonomy. Since 2002, La Tablée des Chefs has allowed people in food insecurity situations to be fed by distributing over 21 million cooked portions and has educated over 79,000 young people in developing their food autonomy through its various programs.

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

Under the supervision of the Culinary Department of La Tablée des Chefs, the Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, and ensuring the smooth running of culinary activities and corporate offers provided in the Culinary Department of La Tablée des Chefs (Longueuil, Quebec, Laval, and Montreal: Sid Lee and upcoming: Palais des congrès). This role involves essential administrative and logistical support for the department, particularly for the following activities:

• Culinary Activities: Team mobilization events allowing companies to engage socially and contribute to the mission of La Tablée des Chefs.
• Culinary Camps: Daytime summer camps for young people aged 11 to 15.

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES

• *Planning and Logistics of Activities*
• Plan and coordinate culinary activities (schedules, menu selection, coordination of necessary resources, and management of all operational needs);
• Plan and coordinate day culinary camps (registrations/cancellations, communication with animators, etc.);
• Plan and coordinate special events (partners, volunteer recognition evening, etc.);
• Ensure the smooth running of all stages of projects under their responsibility;
• *Customer Relationship Management*
• Develop and maintain excellent relationships with clients, manage registrations, and ensure their satisfaction from first contact to final billing;
• Presentation and follow-up of service proposals;
• *Coordination of the Human Resources Team*
• Coordinate and supervise all personnel necessary for culinary activities (chefs, ambassadors, dishwashers, volunteers, camp animators, maintenance manager);
• *Communication and Tools*
• Collaborate with the Communication and Graphic Design team to produce marketing materials (support content creation for social media in connection with events under their responsibility);
• Participate in the writing of work documents and operational procedures;
• *Post-Event Management and Data Tracking*
• Manage essential deliverables after each event (satisfaction survey, thank-you letters, post-mortem report, compilation of participation statistics, etc.);
• Enter data and follow-ups necessary in the database (Salesforce);
• Any other related tasks

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position or in a related field (event coordination/program coordination);
• Experience in customer service;
• Experience with volunteers;
• Knowledge of GSuite (Sheets, Doc, GMAIL);
• Excellent quality of French and English spoken and written;
• Presence at certain events;
