Night Auditor - FULL TIME

• Balances and audits for room revenue and telephone revenue; assists in the preparation of all relevant daily revenue reports.
• Balances and verifies the accuracy of all room charges and taxes, cash reports, and guest and house accounts.
• Completes and submits daily management and accounting reports and supporting documentation to ensure accurate recording of hotel revenues and expenses.
• Communicates with other hotel departments as needed to resolve accounting discrepancies and to request or provide information.
• Performs all functions of front desk representative as needed; room reservations; answers hotel phone calls and informs guests of messages; facilitates proper key security.
• Responds promptly to guest requests in a friendly manner. Follow-up to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Provides a professional image at all times through appearance and dress.
• Follows company policies and procedures.
• Supervises daily hotel operations as delegated by management.
• Maintains procedures for money security, guest security, and emergency procedures - ability to train, direct, and take control in emergency situations.
• Other management duties as needed or assigned.
