What You Will Do

• Improve store performance by supporting sales results, managing expenses, and overseeing key operations, including merchandising, warehouse, checkout area, vault room, customer service, markdowns, planning, shipping, and receiving, with special attention to loss prevention and damage reduction
• Attract, recruit, and cultivate top talent by offering associates comprehensive training and continuous development. Play the role of mentor and role model, promoting a positive and attractive environment for both associates and customers
• Communicate and implement action plans for company-wide projects, goals, initiatives, and store-level changes. Contribute to succession planning to meet future needs
• Implement strategies to achieve sales, expense, and customer service objectives. Coordinate loss prevention programs and operational programs, and improve store layout and efficiency

About You

• At least two years of experience in retail as a store director or assistant store director
• Proven ability to lead, develop, and enable a large team
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, ability to influence others, and provide effective feedback and coaching
• Skills in store operations, customer service, merchandising, personnel management, health and safety, and loss prevention, as well as strong tracking skills to successfully complete tasks and initiatives
