About the Position

Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will play a strategic role in the development, optimization, and expansion of the company's manufacturing capabilities, both in Quebec and internationally. You will contribute to industrialization projects, continuous improvement, and expansion in a rapidly growing manufacturing environment.

Desired Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related discipline (Engineering, Sciences, Computer Science, Analytics, Administration, etc.).
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in production planning, industrialization, or manufacturing capacity management.
• Excellent leadership, project management, and continuous improvement skills (Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent).
• Analytical mindset, autonomy, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication skills in French (functional English).

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate production activities to achieve quality, delivery, and performance goals.
• Develop manufacturing capacity and outsourcing strategies, both locally and internationally.
• Lead industrialization projects, including the implementation and optimization of new production lines.
• Implement continuous improvement and process standardization initiatives.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, procurement teams, and international partners.
• Identify operational risks and recommend solutions to improve productivity, capacity, and reliability.
• Participate in growth and operations-related projects.
