As a Heavy Equipment Mechanic, you will be responsible for inspecting, maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing our fleet of recent vehicles to ensure their proper functioning, safety, and optimal performance. • Hourly wage of $36.49/hour (plus $1/hour after probation);
• 40-hour workweek (Monday to Thursday, 6:30 AM to 5:30 PM);

• Under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
• Performing all maintenance work on motorized vehicles (forklift, truck, sweeper, excavator, etc.);
• Adhering to health and safety regulations;
• Diagnosing mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical failures;
• Repairing or replacing faulty components;
• Reading and interpreting plans, schematics, and technical manuals;
• Conducting safety inspections and functionality tests;
• Documenting completed work (reports, work orders, maintenance);
• Collaborating with operators and the maintenance team.

To join our team, you must have

• Diploma of Vocational Studies (DEP) in Heavy Equipment Mechanics or equivalent;
• Ability to work in a team and be proactive;
• Good knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems;
• Manual skills;
• Relevant experience (asset).
