As a Deputy Director • Personal Insurance, you will oversee the operational management and ensure the smooth running of your team's daily activities. You will play a crucial role in the growth and development of your resources by establishing a link between the organization's objectives, values, and mission.

What you live daily

• Plan, organize, and supervise the team's daily operations while ensuring the respect of procedures, quality, and compliance;
• Lead, coach, and support team members, including identifying training needs, talent development, and holding individual and team meetings;
• Improve and question work processes to optimize practices, support transformation initiatives, and maximize the use of technologies;
• Support brokers in achieving their action plan to reach performance goals and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty, including handling dissatisfaction cases;
• Measure and analyze performance indicators, identify trends and improvement opportunities, and formulate concrete recommendations to support business unit performance;
• Contribute to recruitment activities, maintain a healthy work environment, and promote the company, while keeping market knowledge up-to-date and supporting the Regional Director in various assignments.

What stands out on your CV

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field; any combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.
• Valid AMF (Autorité des marchés financiers) license in personal insurance;
• Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in property insurance, with several years in team management or coaching;
• Bilingualism (French and English), to occasionally intervene in some anglophone client files;
• Good understanding of the personal insurance market.
