SENIOR SAFE AGILE BUSINESS ANALYST

DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Senior SaFe Agile Business Analyst to join our team of advisors at our Quebec office, in a permanent position.

This position is hybrid.

As an advisor/consultant for Chrome Technologies, the candidate will work with our clients to deliver the projects they have entrusted to us.

We are looking for a senior business analyst consultant capable of effectively evolving in a supported, dynamic, complex, and sometimes ambiguous change context.

Ability to deliver on aggressive deadlines while managing frequent changes in priorities and scope.

2. Mandate Objective

The consultant's mandate, in their role as a business analyst, is to identify, analyze, and define business needs arising from issues, opportunities that impact the organization's strategic objectives. In collaboration with initiative leaders and subject matter experts, they contribute to understanding the issues, defining the desired value, and guiding initiatives before identifying solutions.

They primarily intervene upstream of projects to ensure that business needs are clearly understood, documented, and aligned with the company's strategic objectives. They operate in an environment governed by the principles of SAFe and Agile approaches and contribute to the application of a consistent and structured business analysis practice.

TASKS 3. Main Responsibilities 3.1 Analysis and Delivery

• Collect, analyze, and document business needs
• Ensure the consistency and traceability of needs
• Collaborate with IT, product, and business teams
• Participate in agile ceremonies
• 3.2 Contribution to the SAFe Framework
• Participate in PI Planning and Agile Train activities (ART)
• Support Lean-Agile practices
• 3.3 Management of Multiple Files
• Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Intervene in a "firefighter" mode when required and be reactive when a situation needs correction
• Maintain the quality of deliverables despite changing priorities and tight delivery deadlines
• 3.4 Change Accompaniment
• Effectively evolve in a transformation context
• Support the adoption of new practices
• Act as a facilitator for stakeholders
