Beneficiary Assistant
Bring comfort and support to our residents while ensuring a safe and warm environment.
Your responsibilities: Provide hygiene care and administer medication.
Build a trust relationship with the residents.
Participate in daily tasks (meal service, facility maintenance).
Ensure rigorous follow-up of the work plan.
Your profile: Excellent relational skills and team spirit.
Passion for customer service and the well-being of residents.
Valid RCR certification.
PDSB training (Principles of Secure Movement of Beneficiaries).
Completed Law 90 training.
AP-RPA certification (Assistance to Persons in Private Residences for the Elderly).
Experience with the elderly, an asset.
