We are currently looking for an Accounting Technician - Certification to join our teams in Lévis, Sainte-Marie, Saint-Georges, or Thetford Mines.

- ##### As an Accounting Technician - Certification, you will be responsible for:
- Maintaining books and accounting work related to certification missions
- Preparing account analyses and reconciliation entries
- Participating in the preparation of financial statements and work files
- Assembling and organizing certification files according to the firm's standards
- Documenting accounting work to effectively support the review
- Collaborating with the certification team to ensure the progress of assignments
- Communicating with clients to collect necessary accounting documents and information
- Adhering to deadlines, internal procedures, and the firm's quality requirements
The ideal profile for our future colleague
- Hold a college diploma (DEC) in accounting or accounting and management techniques
- Be proficient in the following software: QuickBooks Online, Acomba, Sage 50, and Microsoft Office suite
- Demonstrate rigor, professionalism, and efficiency
- Be able to communicate effectively with clients and the internal team
