We are currently looking for a tax director - restructuring to join our teams in Lévis, Sainte-Marie, Saint-Georges, or Thetford Mines.

As a tax director - restructuring, you will be responsible for
- Acting as the lead on restructuring files and participating in corporate acquisition and sale files
- Writing and reviewing fiscal planning memorandums
- Reviewing files and recommendations produced by tax specialists to ensure quality control standards are maintained throughout engagements
- Accompanying and advising clients on all aspects of your expertise
- Presenting deliverables to clients and ensuring their satisfaction
- Submitting relevant and interesting ideas to our clients regarding taxation
- Collaborating on training and information sharing with tax and certification colleagues
- Actively participating in regular exchange sessions among specialists
The ideal profile for our future colleague
- Hold a specialization in taxation (Master's degree in taxation or Indepth tax course)
- Have at least 4 to 5 years of relevant and significant experience in accounting or law
- Be known for your organizational skills and diligence
- Have excellent communication and simplification skills
