? Your daily role

As a Payroll and Benefits Clerk, you will play an essential role in the administrative support of our operations. You will contribute to ensuring the reliability of payroll, tracking of benefits, and some administrative and accounting activities that support our teams on a daily basis.

More specifically, you will be called upon to:

  • Enter and validate information related to payroll;
  • Track absences, vacations, leaves, and other special situations;
  • Answer administrative questions from employees regarding payroll and benefits;
  • Process registrations, modifications, and tracking related to collective insurance and other employee programs;
  • Handle vendor invoices and participate in payable accounts activities;
  • Perform various administrative follow-ups with employees, managers, and external partners;
  • Maintain complete, accurate, and up-to-date files;
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative processes and tools.

  • Understanding of basic principles related to payroll and labor standards (an asset).
