Your Role at Pentagone

• Welcome each customer with enthusiasm, as if they were a VIP, to offer them an unforgettable moment in the store;
• Showcase the latest trends and promotions with style;
• Provide exceptional customer service, from the first hello to the moment of departure — all while remaining natural, unless they bring cookies! (We don't jump on customers unless they do!);
• Complete sales and manage transactions with ease and a smile;
• Maintain a flawless presentation in the store, reflecting our unique style;
• Participate in store maintenance to ensure a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
