What We're Looking For (Requirements)

• Absolute Bilinguism: C1/C2 (Fluent) level in French and English (written and spoken).
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in customer service (BPO, Call Center, or SaaS).
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with CRM tools and new technologies.
• Mindset: Empathy, patience, and an obsession with customer satisfaction.
• Availability: Ready to work flexible hours (including weekends).
• Your Setup (Remote Work)
• A stable internet connection (min. 25 Mbps up/down).
• A high-performance computer (Intel i5 minimum).
• A quiet and professional workspace.
