As a Full Stack Technical Lead, you will be the technological pillar of strategic projects, play a mentoring role for developers, and have the opportunity to directly influence architectural choices, technological orientations, and development best practices.

Your Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership: guide and support the development team, while defining the architecture and construction logic of software solutions.
• Design and Development: analyze requirements, write specifications, design robust architectures, and code performant and scalable solutions.
• Innovation & Quality: propose innovative approaches, experiment with new technologies, and promote an excellence culture.
• Client Collaboration: act as a technical reference for clients and partners, simplifying and securing the understanding of technical aspects.
• Delivery & Deployment: oversee integration, testing, deployment, and automation of solutions in real environments.
• Technology Watch & Continuous Improvement: stay up-to-date with the latest technological trends and suggest continuous improvements to products and processes.

Required Skills

• Back-end: Go
• Front-end: Next.JS, Vue.JS
• Databases: PostgreSQL, Redis
• Architecture & Integration: microservices, REST/GraphQL APIs, message brokers (Kafka).
• Cloud & DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes, ArgoCD, Graphana, CI/CD, Git.
• IoT: protocols (MQTT, LoRaWAN), industrial IoT platforms (asset).

Desired Profile

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or software engineering, or DEC with equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of software development experience, including several years in a technical lead role.
• Strong mastery of object-oriented and concurrent programming.
• Demonstrated ability to guide a team to success and influence strategic decisions.
• Bilingual French/English.
