The CGI Agile Excellence Center is seeking passionate Agile and organizational performance advisors to undertake new large-scale transformation projects and consolidate ongoing projects. Functions and Responsibilities

As a Strategic Advisor for Organizational Transformation Agile-Lean, you will be called upon to:

  • Participate in the implementation of Agile principles and practices at scale and Agile management near teams and organizations undergoing Agile transformation;
  • Establish training and deployment strategies for agility that are consistent with our clients' organizational objectives and context.
  • Conduct diagnostics, identify issues, and propose solutions, make recommendations regarding the deployment of agility within the organization;
  • Support managers in implementing an Agile-Lean culture and governance;
  • Support managers in acquiring Agile-Lean management reflexes;
  • Prepare and deliver training and improvement workshops to work teams and their leaders;
  • Establish accompaniment plans for teams and individuals based on performance objectives, intervention context, and current Agile maturity level;
  • Contribute to the change management inherent in the cultural change caused by the implementation of Agility.
  • Also, as a senior member of the CGI Agile Excellence Center, you will:
  • Contribute to the promotion of our expertise;
  • Support business development by presenting our clients with service offerings tailored to their business context;
  • Contribute to our knowledge base by injecting your knowledge and learning from your assignments;
  • Develop tools and programs that will enhance our service delivery;
  • Provide support to other advisors in the Excellence Center;
  • Pursue your personal development as a leader-coach, particularly in listening and empathy;
  • Conduct a diligent watch of the latest trends in Agility.

Qualifications Required to Succeed in This Role

  • Hold a university degree in computer science or equivalent;
  • Have at least 15 years of experience in information technology and system development;
  • Have at least 5 years of experience as a strategic management advisor;
  • Have significant experience in Agile accompaniment in large organizations;
  • Master the principles and practices of Agile governance and management;
  • Have excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills;
  • Have skills in coaching professionals, particularly in listening and empathy;
  • Have skills in change management;
  • Have experience with Azure DevOps and/or JIRA tools;
  • Mastery of governance frameworks such as PMBOK, ITIL, or IT4IT;
  • Excellent written and spoken French skills.

CGI offers a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this position. The calculation of this range depends on various factors, including skill level, geographic market, experience, education, and professional licenses and certifications. Salary decisions depend on the particularities of each case. A reasonable estimate of this salary range is between $80,000 and $155,000. This position is vacant.
