Why this role is unique

This is a Full-Stack role in the truest sense. You won't be boxed into a silo. You'll collaborate directly with our electronics, mechanical, and embedded systems engineers.

• Product side:

You manage the web (React), field mobile (React Native), and backend (Python/FastAPI) from the database to the screen.

• Hardware & physical side:

You connect everything to the devices via gRPC. When a sensor (lasers, cameras, IMU/inertial measurement unit) sends strange data, you enjoy decoding the physical behavior to understand the 'why'.

• Your daily writing:

We actively use Claude Code to speed up our workflows. AI is here as an ally, not a gadget.

What you'll do concretely

• Make clear architecture decisions and see their direct impact in the field.
• Drive the React web application and the React Native field mobile application.
• Build and optimize our Python (FastAPI) backend services.
• Consume and structure sensor telemetry data (via gRPC/.proto files).
• Investigate complex data flows to solve multidisciplinary challenges.
• Participate in product ideation directly with the design team.
• The profile we're looking for

As comfortable designing a React component as structuring a FastAPI API or a PostgreSQL database.

If data is strange, you enjoy digging to the source to understand the physics or sensor behind it.

You enjoy autonomy, the ambiguity of creation, and delivering code iteratively rather than waiting for theoretical perfection.

• A natural collaborator:

For you, talking with hardware engineers or field clients is fun, not a chore.

Requirements (for you to be comfortable in your slippers)

• 8+ years

Of software development experience (or a track record that proves your technical maturity).

• Solid experience with React (web) and ideally React Native (mobile).
• Excellent mastery of Python (FastAPI or equivalent framework) and relational databases (PostgreSQL).
• Hands-on experience with gRPC (API consumption, .proto contract manipulation).
• Comfortable with reading structured sensor or telemetry data.
• Natural use of AI tools (like Claude Code or equivalents) in daily work.
• Strong fundamentals and clean practices: Docker, Git, REST, CI/CD pipelines.

*Knowledge of Go, computer vision, IMU data processing, LiDAR, or a background in a hardware/software startup is a plus, but we want your logic and resourcefulness the most.*
