Senior IT Designer

We are looking for a person capable of playing a key role in the realization of technological solutions, ensuring consistency between project management, design, architecture, and delivery. This person will actively contribute to the evolution of practices, the quality of deliverables, and the support of teams, while maintaining clear and reassuring communication with business partners.

Functions and Responsibilities

Project Management

• Contribute to the project roadmap (scope, timeline, costs).
• Ensure compliance with commitments (quality, deadlines, budget).
• Participate in reporting, inter-team coordination, and resource allocation.
• Architecture
• Ensure alignment with the architect and technological orientations.
• Coordinate the handling of new needs and obsolescence.
• Ensure non-functional requirements, documentation, and updating of assets in Hopex.
• Design
• Ensure leadership in innovation and best practices (automated testing, AI).
• Model solutions according to architectural alignments.
• Prepare the IT testing strategy, documentation, and quality controls.
• Implement security requirements according to the RBAC matrix.
• Implementation
• Contribute to the resolution of production incidents.
• Act as team lead for team members.
• Coordinate IT testing, code reviews, and deployments via Azure DevOps.
• Support business line acceptance testing.
• Ensure documentation, IT process compliance, and participation in audits.
• Collaborate with the project manager for operational support and issue resolution.

Qualifications Required to Succeed in This Role

CGI offers a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this position. The calculation of this range depends on various factors, including skill level, geographic market, experience, education, and professional licenses and certifications. Salary decisions depend on the particulars of each case. A reasonable estimate of this salary range is between $70,000 and $135,000. This position is vacant.
