Fulfillment & Inventory Coordinator

About the Role

Every order is a promise. As our Fulfillment & Inventory Coordinator, you'll make sure every customer receives the right product, at the right time, with the level of care that represents PRAISE.

You'll own the day-to-day flow of our ecommerce operations—from picking and packing orders to inventory accuracy, exchanges, warranties, and warehouse organization. You'll work closely with Customer Experience and Operations to remove friction, solve problems before they happen, and continually improve how products move through our business.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys systems, organization, and creating efficient processes while taking pride in delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and ship ecommerce orders with speed and accuracy.
• Process exchanges, returns, warranties, and replacement orders.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts across all sales channels.
• Receive, organize, and replenish warehouse inventory.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and optimized for efficient fulfillment.
• Create shipping labels and coordinate outbound shipments.
• Work within Shopify and shipping platforms to manage orders.
• Process returns through our returns management platform.
• Investigate fulfillment issues and resolve shipping discrepancies.
• Perform regular inventory audits and cycle counts.
• Ensure products are correctly stored, labeled, and available for fulfillment.
• Identify opportunities to improve fulfillment speed, accuracy, and workflow.
• Collaborate with Customer Experience to quickly resolve order-related issues.
• Support launches, restocks, and high-volume sales periods.

Preferred Experience

• Experience using Shopify.
• Experience with shipping platforms (Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, GLS, etc.).
• Experience with return and exchange management platforms.
• Inventory management or warehouse experience.
• Comfortable using spreadsheets and inventory reports.
• Understanding of ecommerce operations is an asset.
