Opérateur(trice) au rembobinage

Sous le leadership du gestionnaire de production, le titulaire effectue le rembobinage des produits finis en fonction des spécifications des fiches clients. Il est ainsi responsable de la présentation des rouleaux qui seront expédiés aux clients et selon les standards de qualités établis par l’entreprise.

Pré-rembobinage

• Lire et analyser la feuille de production afin de déterminer les spécifications du travail en termes de quantité, de délais de livrable et autres paramètres spécifiques.
• Mesurer et couper les mandrins qui seront utilisés pour assembler les rouleaux.

Rembobinage

• Effectuer le rembobinage des rouleaux d’étiquettes selon les instructions.

Post-rembobinage

• S’assurer de la qualité des rouleaux préparés en inspectant ces derniers comparativement aux standards de qualité définis ;
• Procéder à l’emballage des rouleaux selon les spécifications d’expédition ;
• Toutes autres tâches connexes.

EXIGENCES

• Diplôme d'Études secondaires (DES)
• Un minimum d'une année d'expérience en atelier de fabrication.
• Posséder une bonne dextérité manuelle
• Capacité de précision et de minutie dans l’exécution de l’ensemble des tâches
• Bonne vitesse d’exécution en continu
• Capacité à travailler debout en atelier
• Bonne condition physique permettant de faire un travail de manutention avec une charge minimal.

Under the leadership of the Production Manager, the employee performs the rewinding of finished products according to customer specifications. They are responsible for the presentation of the rolls that will be shipped to the customers and according to the quality standards established by the company.

Pre-rewind

• Read and analyze the production sheet to determine the job specifications in terms of quantity, delivery deadlines, and other specific parameters.
• Measure and cut the cores that will be used to assemble the rolls.

Rewinding

• Rewind the label rolls according to instructions.

Post-Rewind

• Ensure the quality of the prepared rolls by inspecting them against defined quality standards;
• Pack the rolls according to shipping specifications;
• Perform any other related tasks.

REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma (DES)
• A minimum of one year of experience in a manufacturing plant.
• Good manual dexterity
• Ability to be precise and meticulous in the execution of all tasks
• Good speed of execution in continuous operation
• Ability to work standing up in the shop
• Good physical condition allowing to do handling work with a minimal load.
