Fraco, a Quebec-based manufacturing company specializing in the production of mast access equipment and lifting systems, where human relations, commitment, and creativity are at the heart of the culture, is looking for a General Production Worker (Finishing) for the Localization Project.
Your daily responsibilities
- Ensure the supply of workstations according to production needs (just-in-time)
- Transport parts, subassemblies, and finished products to designated addresses within the plant
- Operate a forklift safely
- Organize and maintain storage areas in order
- Participate in inventory counts
- Identify material shortages and act quickly
- Perform basic maintenance of handling equipment
- Record material transactions in the computerized system
- Maintain your work environment clean and orderly at all times
Requirements
- Forklift operator certification (or willingness to obtain it upon hire)
- Ability to perform physically demanding work
- Irreproachable safety attitude — safety is non-negotiable with us
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Ability to read and follow production instructions
Assets
- Rigger certification
- Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
- Interest in continuous improvement
