We are seeking a meticulous, self-sufficient individual with a customer service orientation and the ability to maintain a high level of efficiency in a constantly evolving environment. The successful candidate will be able to establish good relationships with various stakeholders while contributing to the continuous improvement of logistics operations.

The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring activities related to transportation, shipments, and inventory management. In collaboration with various departments, this person ensures the smooth flow of operations, adherence to schedules, accuracy of documentation, and optimization of logistics processes.

Reporting to the Transportation Director, the incumbent contributes actively to operational performance and customer satisfaction, both internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate transportation and delivery activities.
• Organize and track shipments to meet deadlines.
• Communicate order status and resolve delivery-related issues.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate transfers between warehouses.
• Participate in physical inventories and contribute to stock optimization.
• Prepare and verify shipping, receiving, and customs documentation.
• Validate carrier invoices and ensure compliance of files.
• Generate reports and contribute to the continuous improvement of logistics operations.

Qualifications

• Education in logistics, administration, or a related field.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in logistics or transportation.
• Excellent organizational and priority management skills.
• Analytical mindset, autonomy, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and an ERP system.
• Knowledge of transportation, inventory management, and customs procedures (an asset).
• Salary: $30.00 to $35.00 per hour
