Your Role

You will play a key role in the evolution of our digital environment. You will work on a wide variety of applications that support our operations, our branch network, and our customers' experience.

Internal tools, administration platforms, operational applications, web portals, and integrations: the projects will be varied and the challenges concrete. You will intervene across the entire technology stack, from the user interface to the database, including business logic, APIs, testing, and deployment.

We are looking for a versatile person who does not just execute. You will seek to understand the needs, evaluate different approaches, and propose simple, durable, and well-thought-out solutions. You will have the latitude needed to advance the projects, and your work will have a concrete impact on tools used every day by our teams.

What You Will Do

• Analyze the needs and translate them into clear and durable technical solutions.
• Design, develop, test, and maintain features, from front-end to back-end.
• Develop and evolve React interfaces, back-end services, APIs, data models, and integrations.
• Write and optimize SQL queries.
• Diagnose bugs, determine their causes, and implement durable fixes.
• Write automated tests and rigorously validate your deliveries.
• Contribute to the performance, security, accessibility, and maintainability of the applications.
• Provide user support and follow up on issues encountered.
• Participate in deployments and monitor the applications.
• Document important decisions and contribute to the improvement of development practices.
• Use approved AI tools responsibly, while protecting data and validating the produced code.

What You Need

• Practical experience in developing and maintaining web applications in production.
• Good mastery of modern TypeScript and JavaScript.
• Experience with React or a comparable modern framework.
• Back-end development experience.
• Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Good understanding of HTTP, REST APIs, web authentication, and security.
• Comfort with Git, pull requests, and code reviews.
• Ability to understand, modify, test, and debug existing code.
• Relevant training or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
