Senior Delivery Manager-FR

As a Senior Delivery Manager, you play a key role in the implementation of the Data & Analytics Modernization Program, a strategic initiative aimed at transforming the organization's data, analytics, and artificial intelligence capabilities. You are responsible for delivering large-scale technological and application projects related to data platform modernization, governance capability evolution, and enterprise-wide adoption of analytics and AI solutions. You plan the work, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and ensure the achievement of scope, quality, timeline, and budget objectives. In a complex and highly cross-functional environment, you align business sectors, technical teams, architecture, cybersecurity, and governance. You engage stakeholders, manage dependencies, and facilitate decision-making to advance strategic initiatives. Through your leadership and influence, you contribute to the success of a major modernization program that will accelerate data exploitation and the industrialization of artificial intelligence within the organization. More specifically, you will be tasked with:

• Contributing to the definition and evolution of the Data & Analytics Modernization Program, including its governance, operational model, and roadmap.
• Planning and orchestrating technological and application deliverables, ensuring alignment of priorities, capabilities, budgets, and timelines.
• Mobilizing and coordinating multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated and effective delivery of initiatives.
• Structuring governance, management, and delivery practices by implementing appropriate processes, methods, and performance indicators.
• Ensuring the integration and consistency of solutions by managing dependencies and maintaining alignment with business and technical directions.
• Identifying and managing risks, transformation challenges, and impacts, while supporting decision-making for governance bodies.
• Driving the implementation of new data and analytics capabilities, including modern platforms, data governance, and artificial intelligence.
• Accompanying organizational change by promoting the adoption of new practices, stakeholder collaboration, and achieving expected benefits.

What you bring to the table

• Bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline
• Minimum of eight years of relevant experience, particularly in IT project management
• Please note that other combinations of education and relevant experience may be considered
• French language proficiency required
• Advanced intermediate English proficiency due to the nature of tasks, work tools, or interactions with English-speaking partners, members, or clients
• Expertise in delivering multiple large-scale IT projects simultaneously
• Expertise in a large, complex organization with a highly political context
• Advanced proficiency in JIRA and Confluence tools
