HRIS Developer (Dayforce)

We are currently seeking an HRIS Developer to contribute to the development, integration, and evolution of the Dayforce solution. The selected candidate will participate in the design and implementation of integrations, interfaces, reports, automations, and technical solutions to support our clients' HR and payroll processes. Experience with Dayforce is a significant asset. However, we are also open to candidates with strong experience on other HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, UKG, Oracle HCM/EBS, or ADP, who wish to expand their knowledge and develop their Dayforce expertise.

• Job Functions and Responsibilities
• Design and develop integrations between Dayforce and client systems;
• Participate in technical analysis and solution architecture;
• Develop interfaces, reports, exports, and automations;
• Ensure the quality, testing, and support of developed solutions;
• Collaborate with business analysts, HR specialists, and architects;
• Participate in incident resolution and continuous improvement of solutions.

• Technical Skills:
• College or university degree in a relevant field;
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in system development or integration;
• Experience with API REST/SOAP, XML, JSON, SQL, and enterprise integrations;
• Experience with an HRIS platform such as Dayforce, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM/EBS, or UKG;
• Understanding of security, integration, and data management concepts.

CGI offers a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this position. The calculation of this range depends on various factors, including skill level, geographic market, experience, education, as well as professional licenses and certifications. Reward decisions are based on individual circumstances. A reasonable estimate of this salary range is between $50,000 and $100,000. This position is currently open.
